Retour et remboursement

Tout acheteur a un droit de rétractation et peut retourner une Œuvre d'art dans les quatorze (14) jours qui suivent la réception. Toutes les demandes de retour doivent être envoyées à valeriane@taxie-gallery;com et Taxie Gallery organisera l'enlèvement et procédera au remboursement dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant le retour de l’Œuvre d'art au vendeur. Le remboursement portera sur le prix final de l’Œuvre d'art mais exclura les frais de retour qui restent à la charge de l'Acheteur. Pour exercer ce droit, l'Œuvre d'art doit être en parfait état et reconditionnée dans son emballage d'origine. Nous ne pouvons considérer une Œuvre d'art qui a été endommagée lors de son retour si elle n'était pas emballée conformément à ces exigences. Par ailleurs, si une Œuvre d'art a été endommagée pendant son transport initial ou si elle ne correspond pas exactement à sa description, l’Acheteur se doit de contacter Taxie Gallery dans un délai de 48 heures dès réception de sa commande, nous devrons alors investiguer et trouver une solution raisonnable. Vous devrez alors nous fournir des photos détaillées montrant le défaut ou la non-conformité de l’Œuvre d'art et joindre une copie de la facture. Ce droit d'annulation ne s'applique toutefois pas aux Œuvres d'art faites sur mesure.

Taxes et droits de douane

Tous les prix de vente indiqués sur le Site incluent déjà la TVA applicable au pays du Vendeur mais excluent d’éventuelles taxes additionnelles telles que les droits de douane, les taxes à l’importation ou tout autre taxe liée à la livraison. Chaque partie est donc responsable du respect de toutes les obligations imposées par la législation de son pays en matière de collecte et paiement de taxes. En tant qu'Acheteur, vous comprenez que les taxes telles que la TVA sont déjà incluses dans le prix de vente (si applicable) et que vous êtes tenu de les régler, car le Vendeur ou Taxie Gallery peuvent être amenés à les collecter. De plus, l'Acheteur reste le seul responsable du paiement des taxes à l'importation, droits de douane ou toute autre taxe applicable lorsque la livraison atteint le pays de destination car ceux-ci ne peuvent être déterminés à l’avance.

Taxie Gallery ne peut être tenu responsable si un Acheteur enfreint une loi ou une réglementation en vigueur dans son pays. Les politiques douanières pouvant varier d'un pays à l'autre, nous vous recommandons de contacter votre bureau de douane local avant de confirmer une commande pour connaître l’intégralité des frais potentiels. En tant que Vendeur, vous reconnaissez que Taxie Gallery doit se conformer aux obligations en matière de TVA (si applicable) et de vérifier de manière exacte le statut de ses Vendeurs. Il vous sera demandé de fournir toute documentation écrite ou tout formulaire nécessaire pour nous permettre de nous conformer à ces obligations.

Return and refund

Each Buyer has a right of withdrawal and can return an Artwork within fourteen (14) days after delivery. All return requests must be sent to valeriane@taxie-gallery.com and TAXIE GALLERY will organize the pick-up and proceed with the refund within fourteen (14) days following the return of the Artwork to the Seller. The refund will include the final price of the Artwork but will exclude the return shipping costs that will be charged to the Buyer. To exercise this right, the Artwork must be in perfect condition and repacked in its original packaging. We won’t consider any Artwork damaged during return if it wasn’t packed under these requirements. If an Artwork is damaged during transportation or does not comply exactly with its description,

the Buyer must contact TAXIE GALLERY within 48 hours upon receipt of his order, we will have to investigate and propose a reasonable solution. You will then be requested to provide us detailed pictures showing the damage or the non- compliance of the Artwork and attach a copy of the invoice. However, this cancellation right does not apply to custom-made Artworks.

Taxes and custom duties

All selling prices listed on the Site already include VAT applicable from the Seller country but exclude possible additional taxes such as custom duties, import taxes or any other taxes related to the delivery. Each party is therefore responsible for complying with all obligations imposed by their applicable law to respect the collection and payment of taxes. As a Buyer, you acknowledge that taxes such as VAT are already included in the selling price (when applicable) and that you are required to pay them, as the Seller or TAXIE GALLERY® may have to collect them. Moreover, the Buyer is solely responsible for paying all import taxes, custom duties or other fees which are applied when the delivery reaches the country of destination.

TAXIE GALLERY® will not be liable if you break any applicable law or regulation of your country. Customs policies can vary from a country to another, therefore we strongly recommend you to contact your local customs office for further information before confirming an order. As a Seller, you acknowledge that TAXIE GALLERY must comply with VAT obligations (if applicable) and must accurately verify the status of its Sellers. You will be requested to provide any written documentation or forms required to enable us to comply with these obligations.

Transaction restrictions

The selling price of an Artwork listed by a Seller on the Site must be equal to the price displayed on any other channel where the same Artwork is also listed. Each Seller should respect the rules of conduct defined by TAXIE GALLERY® and not sell Artworks to Buyers outside of the Site. Each sale initiated through the platform will have to be completed on the platform, otherwise TAXIE GALLERY® reserves the right to suspend or close a Seller/Buyer account, in addition to any other remedies including injunctive or other appropriate relief. Each party is responsible for complying with these restrictions.
